Rabanadas com mirtilos ✽ French Toast with blueberries {my breakfast}

French Toast
[scroll down for English]

Papoilas // Poppies

Just a bite and a thousand past memories are back. Distant childhood days return in seconds. I feel like closing my eyes and pretend I'm 8 years old again. French Toast sounds like Christmas and long nights of excitement. Today is just a way to start the day. With fruit and yogurt to complete the dish and provide all that is required for the walk ahead.

Through a path of flowers, with the sun on my face. A much awaited break.

My breakfast is part of Alpro's project 365 breakfasts a year. Find the recipe below.

Rabanadas com mirtilos e iogurte

serve 2

1 ovo pequeno
75 ml leite (usei soja alpro)

Aqueça a manteiga numa frigideira grande antiaderente.
